The Leanspace platform will be unavailable on 6 August 2026 starting at 10:30am to 11:00am CEST for maintenance. This maintenance is scheduled for applying the latest security, stability and performance updates to the platform's authentication service.
Risk and impact details:
* Service Downtime: * All the services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
* Data Loss: * There will be no data loss. We will ensure that the data is consistent and available after the maintenance.
Customer actions: * Please ensure that you have no critical operations or activities planned for within the maintenance window. * Members will receive an email to reset their password and are required to follow the link to reset their account credentials to successfully migrate to the new auth service (this is an expected part of this maintenance) * Old authentication/API tokens will be invalidated during the maintenance, so service accounts and members are required to re-generate new tokens post resetting their account credentials.
You will be notified when the maintenance is complete and the platform operations have been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
