Downtime on multiple services.

Incident Report for Leanspace Multi-tenant

On 17th April 2023 00:21 CEST, our platform had a service downtime on about all of our services due to an unplanned backend database version upgrade. The services were back to operational state within 40 minutes and we can confirm that the necessary configuration changes have been done at our end to mitigate this issue in the future. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
