We are writing to inform you that we experienced a brief availability issue on our production environment today due to a hardware failure on AWS's end in the region in which our services are deployed. This issue affected our metrics, agents, and commands services for a short period for time.

AWS automatically restarted the affected instances as a part of our high availability setup. The issue has now been resolved, and all services are back in operational state. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
